Description
These early intermediate piano solos were written for Mauldin's younger students. Inspired partly by watching his own sons' reactions to growing up in New Mexico, the pieces use a more sophisticated tonal/rhythmic language than many of their level. Pedal is not required, and there is no dotted rhythm more complex than a dotted quarter followed by an eighth.
